Colourpop Cosmetics Review & Swatches

Hi everyone! I FINALLY got around to ordering some Colourpop goodies! They're a relatively new brand (just turned 1 year old in May) and they offer AMAZING products. The best part? Everything is 5 dollars; single eyeshadows, lip liners, and their Lippie Stix are all FIVE DOLLARS. Its unbelievable how cheap they are since they are high end quality.

I ordered 3 of the Lippie Stix in the colors Bitchette, Lumiere, and Frenchie. Because I ordered during their one year celebration, I recieved the limited edition shadow in Birthday girl.

Lippie Stix

Bitchette is a deep plum/red matte with blue undertones (which makes your teeth look a little whiter!).
Lumiere is a color developed by one of my favorite YouTube gurus, KathleenLights! Its a matte mauvey/pink thats perfect for everyday.
Frenchie is a super vibrant red. I think this one is so classic.

(excuse the bruises)

I use a lip primer underneath these when I wear them which may add to their longevity. They are matte too making them long lasting as well. Colourpop also carries glossy Lippie Stix if you're not into the matte look.

What makes the Colourpop eyeshadows so amazing is their texture and consistency. Not exactly a cream shadow, not exactly a powder one either. They have a mousse like feel and are SO pigmented. It's best to apply them with your finger for maximum coverage and color payoff. This particular color is not my favorite due to the chunky glitter in it. I understand why its so flashy since it's their birthday edition color in "Birthday Girl".

Even though this shade was not my favorite, I adore the quality and feel of these shadows. They're so creamy and pigmented! They blend beautifully too.

Hope this helped! Remember: 5 DOLLARS FOR THESE!!
